All proceeds will help fund the Downtown Irish Club (DIC) cultural and community activities.
DICNOLA Taylor Swift Raffle Rules and Regulations
1. The DIC Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle Grand Prize will be two (2) tickets Sec 612 Row 15 for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Concert in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday, October 26, 2024. One winner will be selected.
2. There is no limit on chances being sold, Last sale 2:00 PM April 15th 2024
3. Official DIC Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle entries must be completed online on using the sign up form found here: https://link.downtownirishclub.com/raffle
4. Only official entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles, mail-ins or e-mails are permitted.
The purchase price of one raffle ticket is $10.00 and entries may be purchased in the following manner:
Online at https://link.downtownirishclub.com/raffle. All online orders end at 2:00 PM April 15th 2024
5. If an entrant’s credit card is declined by the bank, the raffle tickets purchased by the entrant shall be declared invalid unless and until full payment is made prior to the actual drawing. Likewise, any dishonored payment will be considered an invalid entry. Payments are not tax-deductible contributions. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
6. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility. Under no circumstances, shall there be any cash equivalent distribution to entrants whose tickets are drawn. Should the concert be cancelled, for any reason, winner will be refunded the raffle ticket purchase price only.
7. Tickets will be transferred to winners No Later Than 2 weeks prior to Saturday, October 26, 2024.
8. Winner will provide names and contact information of those using the tickets no later than 24 hours prior to tickets being transferred.
9. Tickets are not to be resold under any circumstance. Doing so will invalidate all tickets and an alternative winning ticket will be drawn.
10. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
11. The DIC Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle ticket sales will run from Monday, February 11, 2024, to Monday, April 15, 2024 at 2 pm (online sales end).
12. The DIC Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle will be held at 7pm on Thursday, April 17th, 2024 at the Downtown Irish Club General meeting at the Ugly Dog Saloon in New Orleans. The purchaser(s) of the winning ticket need(s) not be present to win. Winner shall be notified at the telephone number provided on winner’s entry. In the event that the winning ticket contains unverifiable information deeming it impossible to identify the winning entrant within four (4) weeks after the drawing, or the winning entrant is unreachable, the winning entrant may be disqualified and shall forfeit all interest in the prizes. In such instances, subsequent drawings shall be held until a qualified identifiable winner is identified.
13. In the event that more than one name may be stated on the winning raffle ticket(s), the winner(s) must provide the Social Security number for the designated winner. Delivery of the prize will be made solely to the entrant declared as the winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrants in a multiple party entry to allocate the prize among themselves, with one and only one entrant designated as the winner.
14. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older, the established legal gambling age in Louisiana, and must be a U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico).
16. Raffle ticket purchases (game of chance) are not tax-deductible.
17. The decisions of the Downtown Irish Club and its Auditors and designated personnel shall be final on all matters concerning the drawing.
18. The purchase of tickets for this raffle is void where prohibited by law.
20. Winner shall assume and be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, including without limitation all applicable sales, use, luxury, income, and special taxes.
21. Officers and board members of the Downtown Irish Club LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible for this raffle.
